Name:[/u]
Riley Hannah Crest
Age:
17
Grade:
Senior
Personality:[/u]
Before coming to live with her new family, Riley was reserved. She kept mostly to herself, not trusting anyone because of all the things she‘s gone through. Most saw her as a sweet, kind girl who was to shy to speak to anyone. But that wasn‘t the case with Riley. She held back her real personality because of the abuse she suffered from when she was forced into a foster family for several months.
After about a year in her new home, Riley had come to realize that this family wasn’t so bad. That they actually loved her even though they knew of her past. It was around the Crest family that Riley began to pick up on the more out going, more talkative side she is known for today. Riley has become a spontaneous young girl who’s always cheerful. She is a generally happy person, she isn’t shy. She’s out going and friendly.
She loves making people laugh, and is always there for anyone who needs a shoulder to cry on, even if she doesn’t know the person. She’s a bit clumsy, very clumsy. She doesn’t let her past interfere with her future. Riley is an active girl who loves to just have fun with her friends. She loves playing games and shopping. Riley is smart, but not a straight A student. Her grade average is a C, though she does make good marks in her favorite classes. She is a loyal friend and a hard worker.

History:
At the time of Riley Crest's birth, the biological mother was completely high on coke and various other drugs. Her mother died giving birth to Riley, and her father was an unknown guy no one knew about. For the first few months of her life, she was winged of the drugs her mother had taken during the pregnancy. Riley, in other words, was a crack baby thanks to her mother. It was a blessing that, in appearances, she turned out normal looking.
When 4 month old baby Riley was permitted to leave the hospital, she was taken to the Saint Anne's Orphanage for children. She stayed there til she was 3 years old and was, at that time, put into foster care with cruel foster parents. At first glance everything appeared normal, but upon taking a second look, Child Services spotted bruises on the young girl. Not only was Riley abused, and upon later inspection, raped, she was also under feed. She was overly bony. Her hair was chopped up shortly. The Government immediately took Riley, and all the other children in the home, out and put them back in the Orphanages they had come from.
During the next few months at the Orphanage, Riley was put into therapy, though she was too young to actually understand why she was even there. She was, already in life, mistrustful of all adults, and scared to death of the males of the species. After two years at the Orphanage, she was finally put back into Foster Care. The second attempt went smoothly.
The second foster family were from a nice neighborhood and they were very loving. They had been told of Riley's past experience in foster care and worked on making her feel safe. After 6 months of staying in their care, the family worked on adopting Riley. They decided to allow Riley to keep her last name, to remind her of how far she'd come before she was adopted. The day they were to sign the final papers, the mother and father Riley was to gain were killed in a car crash. Riley was, at that time, being watched over by a babysitter. When the news came that they had died, Riley cried as the government put her back into the Orphanage.
A few years have passed. Riley had been placed in one foster family after another. Each one becoming worse and worse. A lot of times she was abused. She doesn't remember her first foster family or any of the events that happened while in their care, though she does wake up screaming in the night only not to remember the dream. Finally, at the age of ten, she was adopted by a nice, wealthy, family who were unable to produce children of their own. Riley loved this new family and enjoyed being their daughter. They loved her as well. It was here that Riley established her sweet personality she is known for.

Appearance or Picture:[/u]
Riley has long blonde hair that she straightens fairly often, but is normally wavy. She has blue eye’s that are very noticeable. She stands at about 5’4. She weighs about 110lbs. She likes to wear whatever is in style but isn’t afraid to dress the way she wants, even if the clothes aren’t in style. She has 3 peirceings in each other, though she doesn't always wear all of them. She doesn't have a tatoo, though she would like too one day. She has a slender body, though she could probably stand to get into better shape.
Through out most of her life, Riley wore ragged clothes because that was all they had to give out to the orphans. Now she has come to enjoy clothes that are in fashion, though she’s not a shopping freak always on the look out for new clothes. She may love to dress up, but she finds her self wearing PJ’s a lot more often then she should when she leaves the house. Over all, Riley prefers blue jeans to skirts and regular old tee-shirts to blouses and the likes, though she likes wearing them all. She can not walk in heels for longer then a nano-second. She much prefers wearing her brown Rainbow flip flops then any other shoe she may own.
