Hidden far from Tarnag, and even further from Du Weldenvarden, was an undiscovered mating ground. Long ago the dragons of the world would return to the place they had been born and lay their eggs. For some unknown reason, just before Galbatorix came to power, the few remaining dragons hid the remaining eggs in a small alcove just near the small island of Parlim. Dragons did unexpected things - and magically hid their babies. After the second battle, later to be named after the Two Dragons, some of the Varden's most trustworthy members had discovered the alcove. Dragon's magic is a strange thing - even said creatures aren't sure of what they are capable of. But the magic fortress was suddenly uplifted, and low and behold, a handful of eggs were revealed. They were all taken away, in hopes of finding new riders to help the Varden overthrow Galbatorix. But one of these soldiers was a traitor. Eventually Galbatorix learned of these new eggs, and got hold of a few - doing anything he could to gain them. Including murder and deception. So, now, Eragon continues his learning of the way of the Riders - as does, most likely, Murtagh. In this land of treachery, there are spies on either side. They try their best to keep track of each other as they both hurriedly try their best to gain the majority of Dragon Riders. Where will you come in?
