"No man, against my fate, sends me to Hades'.
And as for fate, I'm sure no man escapes it,
Neither a good nor bad man, once he's born."
The world is changing. War is in the air. A young prince from Troy, cast out at birth because of a prophecy comes down from the mountain to join his brothers and sisters in the court of King Priam. The prophecy stated that if the boy lived he would bring Troy to its knees, upon hearing this Priam had sent his chief herdsman to leave the boy on the mountainside to die, but die he had not. The herdsman had taken him in and reared him as his own. The boys name is Paris.
Across the Aegean, in Sparta, the fairest woman in the entire world, rumoured to be daughter of Zeus himself, sits on her throne beside Menelaus, king of Sparta. All of Greece has sworn to protect her should she ever be captured. But she is restless, in her palace she grows bored of life as a queen. Sailing across the sea, her fate flies on the waves. Life is about to change for Helen of Sparta.
Join us as we relive and rewrite one of histories epics. Walk in the shoes of you favourite characters from the legend we all know and love. Join the intrigue of the king’s court, or fight for your life on the battlefield. We do not repeat history; we make it here at the the Siege of Troy. Prophecy is in your hands, will Troy fall? Will the Greek kings come to Menelaus aid if Helen is captured?
All will be in your hands if you choose to join us at the Siege of Troy. All that we ask is that you write a good amount on a fairly regular basis, be mature in your conduct and have fun! We do not require that you post a certain number of times a week, but we expect at least a decent level of activity, if you become to busy to write then let our friendly staff know.
We hope to see you soon at the Siege of Troy!
